What is the digital Mall
It is a platform (a set of applications connected to each other) that exploits the digital data (text, images & video) of the posts that each local business can upload to automatically produce rich promotional and informative content, ready for display, adapted to all available communication media.
The goal
The goal is to use digital media to increase customer traffic to physical locations while digitally transforming all small business professionals!
Digital Mall actually create a digital copy of each local market in which they are developed, offering all professionals - businesses their own digital space (digital branch , digital business) so that they can communicate directly and on time with their real potential customers who are none other than those who can visit them with their physical presence!
The purpose
The purpose of Digital Mall is to strengthen local commerce in every corner of Greece and to lead every professional easily and in a coordinated way to its Digital Transformation!
The means
The media used by Digital Mall are smart phones, indoor & outdoor tvs, socials, web sites, web apps, e-shops.
By correlating these media and interfacing with each business professional they offer businesses an omnichannel communication with their potential customers.
The platform has an increased ability to target the consumer audience since it manages to enable each business to communicate with the real potential customers and generate interest in it, thus boosting traffic to its physical space, directly increasing its sales, while saving significant resources!
