The beginning of ‘Vita Nova-ZA’ is in 2006  with the opening of the first office in Skopje as authorized representation of worldwide acknowledged manufacturers of highest quality raw materials applicable in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and other industries.

From our establishment till  this day, we continually strive to improve the quality of human life, meeting the demands of our clients. We are moving in accordance with the development and innovations of our partners, constantly finding solutions to the demands of our clients through sincere and open cooperation.

With lots of love and enthusiasm, after hard work and continuous improvement of the quality of our services, in 2008 we have opened a second office based in Belgrade, Serbia expending our offer of raw materials to the manufacturers from the central Balkan region. At this moment, our client portfolio includes companies from Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Albania.

Vitamin D3 100 A/M is an off-white to yellowish powder (beadlet).

It contains finely dispersed Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) in a matrix of gum arabic, sucrose and Medium Chain Triglycerides Oil(MCT oil).

Dl-α-Tocopherol is added as an antioxidant. The coating contains white visible corn starch which may be visible in the product.

Chocolate may be solid at room temperature and liquid at body temperature. However cocoa butter is polymorphic and can crystallize into six crystal forms with different physical characteristics.

To accomplish this, our partner Lasenor has developed the range of Verol CRS and Neoverol (sorbitan tristearate) which improve the crystallization process by creating a tridimensional structure with a very high efficiency to retain liquid and avoid oiling out and soft fats migration to the surface.

In CBR based products and confectionery filling products it is necessary to form crystal network in order to stabilize the fat.
